斜井穿越风积砂层水砂突涌注浆治理研究 被引量:31

Grouting treatment of water and sand inrush into an inclined shaft in aeolian sand layer

摘要 陕西榆林金鸡滩煤矿副斜井井筒表层广泛分布厚层风积砂,由于短时间内载重运输车的重复碾压,导致斜井底板破裂,发生水砂突涌灾害,严重威胁矿井安全。针对金鸡滩煤矿副斜井水砂突涌灾害治理难题,工程前期采用水泥注浆治理,起到了很好的固砂减水效果,但是并未完全封堵涌水通道;后期通过补注化学浆液,成功封堵了残存涌水通道。结合工程实践与模型试验,分析了斜井底板破裂原因、注浆治理效果及不同种类浆液的固砂堵水机理。现场治理效果与模型试验结果表明,水泥浆液主要以树根状劈裂脉固砂为主;化学浆液以劈裂和渗透堵水为主,在封堵残存涌水通道上更具优势,因此两种类型浆液配合使用效果更佳。 There are widely distributed thick aeolian sand layer covering the surface of the auxiliary inclined shaft of the Jinjitan Coal Mine,Yulin,Shaanxi province. The floor of the auxiliary inclined shaft ruptured due to the repeat roll er compaction of large tonnage vehicles on the floor during a short time,which resulted in water and sand inrush and seriously threatened the safety of the mine. Aiming at the problem of water and sand inrush of the Jinjitan Coal Mine,cement grouting treatment was implemented first and it played an important role in sealing water and sand inrush,but water inflow was not completely plugged. Then the remaining water inflow was successfully plugged by chemical grou ting. Based on the engineering practice and model test,the reasons for the rupture of the floor,effect of the grouting treatment and reinforcement mechanism of different grout were analyzed in this paper. The results of field treatment and model test show that the cement grouting reinforced sand by tree like propagated grout veins,the chemical grouting reinforced sand by splitting and infiltration,which is more advantageous to seal off the residual pathway of water in flow. Therefore the combining use of cement and chemical grouts has been proved a good efficiency.
