ICU作为医院集中监护和救治危重症患者的重要场所,环境复杂、空间有限、仪器多样、患者病情危重.本文着眼于ICU需动态监测和护理患者而不同于普通病房的光环境特点,介绍了ICU光环境对患者视网膜的损害,视觉质量、心理、睡眠及诱发ICU综合征等方面的影响,并提出相应的护理措施,包括科学设计和建设ICU光环境、加强对仪器设备的管理、提高医务人员的意识、改进医疗护理过程,根据患者病情轻重进行分区域管理等,从而提高护理质量.

As a key department for centralized critical monitor and care for patients, intensive care unit （ICU） is combined with complex environment, limited space, sophisticated equipment and severe patient condition. This article focuses on the characteristics of the light environment of ICU, which needs dynamic monitoring and nursing, and is different from the general wards. It introduces the impact of lighting environment on patients＇ retina, visual quality, psychology, sleep and the inducement of ICU syndrome, and discusses the nursing strategies, including scientific design and construction of ICU lighting environment, enhancement of equipment management, improvement of nursing perception and nursing process, along with condition based zone management, so as to improve the quality of nursing.
