摘要 目的优选清肝降浊颗粒的提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以五味子醇甲含量为水提工艺考察指标,优化清肝降浊颗粒的提取工艺。结果最佳煎煮工艺为加8倍量水,煎煮提取3次,每次1.5 h;制粒辅料为糊精,稠膏与糊精1:2配比,80%的乙醇为湿润剂,制成颗粒成型性和溶化性均较好。结论优选得到的清肝降浊颗粒工艺稳定可行,可应用于工业化生产。 Objective To optimize the process for preparation of Qinggan Jiangzhuo granules. Methods The orthogonal test was adopted to optimize the water extraction process using the dry extract yielding rate and the content of schisandrin as indicators. Results The optimized process for preparation was as follows: add 8 times water, extract 3 times for 1.5 h each time, granulating excipient was dextrin, 80% ethanol with thickening paste and dextrin at 1:2 as wetting agent, the shape and solubility of granules were better. Conclusion The preparation process of Qinggan Jiangzhuo granules was simple and convenient that can be used for industrial production.
