摘要
铁是所有生命体不可或缺的微量元素,参与各种重要的生命代谢过程。机体铁代谢的紊乱导致铁缺乏或铁过载都会引起相应的疾病。运动过程中的低铁状态和恶性肿瘤患者体内出现的铁过载,与血清铁蛋白、铁调素、转铁蛋白和转铁蛋白受体1等具有一定相关性,运动对恶性肿瘤患者体内的铁代谢具有一定的调控作用。本文综述运动对恶性肿瘤和铁代谢的影响及未来研究的展望。
Iron existed in normal cells and various kinds of tumor cells is a kind of life indispensable elements, which widely participate in various important metabolic life processes. However, the iron metabolism disorder may lead to iron deficiency or iron overload to causes the corresponding diseases. The low iron state caused by physical exercise and the iron overload of cancer patients are correlated with ferritin, hepcidin, transferrin and transferrin receptor 1. Usually, the physical exercise can regulate the iron metabolism in cancer patients. This review describes that the physical exercise may inhibit malignant tumor growth through the way of regulating iron metabolism.
