摘要
采用轧焙烘工艺将纳米TiO_2水分散液整理到棉针织物上,运用正交试验方法探讨整理液用量、焙烘温度、焙烘时间对织物性能的影响,测试了整理织物的防紫外线、抗静电、自清洁性能。结果表明,纳米TiO_2水分散液整理织物最佳工艺条件为:整理液用量60 m L,焙烘温度为160℃,焙烘时间为90 s,整理后织物紫外线防护系数(UPF)达到了100.00^+,UVA透过率为4.06%;具有较好的抗静电性及自清洁性,织物电荷面密度为2.50μC/m^2,辣椒油和咖啡等污渍在自然光照射21 h后基本完全分解。
The water dispersible nano-TiO2 solution was finished onto the fabric by pad-dry-cure process, and the effects of bath ratio, drying temperature and time on the fabric performance were investigated by orthogonal test.The antistatic, self-cleaning, and dye degradation properties of the finished fabrics were tested. The results show that the optimum conditions for finishing the fabrics with nano-TiO2 water dispersion are as follows: the bath ratio is 1∶150, drying temperature is 160 ℃, and drying time is 90 s. After finishing, UV protection factor(UPF) of fabrics reaches 100.00+, and the UVA transmittance is 4.06%, as well as good antistatic property and self-cleaning property. The surface charge density of the fabric is 2.50 μC/m-2, and the chili oil and coffee stains are basically decomposed after natural light irradiation for 21 hours.
