甘南藏族自治州部分地区牦牛泰勒虫病的血清学调查 被引量:5

Serological investigation of theileriosis in yaks from parts of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture

摘要 为了解甘肃省甘南藏族自治州牦牛泰勒虫的感染状况,采用可同时检测3种牛泰勒虫感染的重组MPSP蛋白间接ELISA方法,对采自甘南藏族自治州合作市、夏河县、碌曲县和玛曲县的320份牦牛血清样品进行了检测。结果显示,血清抗体阳性率为71.56%(229/320),表明该地区牛泰勒虫感染严重。SPSS22.0.0.0软件卡方检验分析结果表明,甘南藏族自治州这4个县(市)之间牦牛血清抗体阳性率无显著性差异(P=0.11,x2=2.39,df=3),不同年龄段及不同性别牦牛之间阳性率也无显著性差异(P=0.09,x2=2.13,df=2;P=0.07,x2=0.02,df=1)。本研究为该地区牦牛泰勒虫病的防控工作提供了流行病学参考数据。 To investigate the infection rate of theileriosis in yaks in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Gansu Province,a total of 320 serum samples from yaks were collected from Hezuo,Xiahe,Luqu and Maqu of the prefecture,and then were detected by the developed indirect r MPSP ELISA method,which could detect three species of Theileria.The results showed that the total infection rate of serum antibodies in yaks was 71.56%(229/320) which implies that the infection of Theileria in yaks from the prefecture is serious.The data was analyzed by SPSS software implied that yak serum antibody positive rate between four counties in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture was no significant difference(P =0.11,x2 =2.39,df =3).Moreover,there was no significant difference in the positive rates of yaks among different age groups and different genders(P=0.09,x2=2.13,df=2;P=0.07,x2=0.02,df=1).This study provides a detailed epidemiological data of theileriosis from yaks in Ganan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture which will be helpful for prevention and treatment of theileriosis from yaks in this region.
