淄博市柳泉路改造交通设计方法浅析

摘要 以淄博市柳泉路改造工程交通组织设计为案例,通过道路断面、沿线交通量、用地规划、周边路网等全面的现状调查分析;采用交通模型对交通量进行科学预测,统筹资源与需求的关系,最终确定了主线双向八车道(含两条公交专用道),外侧增设慢行一体的设计方案。通过建设公交专用道、新建慢行一体等措施,合理分配了路权,保障了公交优先通行权,实现了机非分行,提高了通行能力,改善了城市品质。 Taking the traffic organization design of Zibo city Liuquan Road Reconstruction Project as a case,the article introduces the status survey analysis of road section, traffic flow along the line, land planning and surrounding road network. The traffic model is used to scientifically predict the traffic flow. The relationship between the resource and demands is overall planned. And finally the integrated design scheme of the main double-way eight-lane(including two bus lanes) line and the slow traffic to be added on the outside is determined. The measures of constructing the bus lane and the new slow traffic integrated will reasonably distributes the road right, guarantee the priority right of bus, realize the separation of motored vehicle and non-motored vehicle, improve the traffic capacity and improve the city quality.
