微观系统工程理念在护理专业健康评估课程改革中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:以微观系统工程理念为指导,探讨微观因素对高职护理专业健康评估课程改革的影响,为课程改革提供理论依据。方法:以我校2015级高职护理专业学生为调查对象,应用修订版的大学生健康评估课程课堂学习状态问卷进行调查,应用Weka软件进行数据分析,应用SIMPP方法对结果进行总结分析。结果:以学生课前预习为例进行分析,得出影响学生课前预习的因素包括主观因素和客观因素。主观因素包括学生课余时间主要用于干什么、学生大学的学习目标是否明确等;客观因素包括学校的课程设置和教师在考试前的做法等。结论:微观系统工程理念及SIMPP方法适合高校课程改革,能够很好了解课程改革过程中的各种微观因素之间的关系及对课程改革的影响。 Objective:To explore the influence of micro-factors on the curriculum reform of Higher Vocational Nursing specialty "Health Assessment" with the guidance of micro-system engineering concept, and provide theoretical basis for curriculum reform. Methods:The students of 2015 vocational nursing majors in our school were selected as the survey subjects. The questionnaire of the revised "Students' Health Evaluation Classroom Learning Status" questionnaire was used to conduct surveys. Weka software was used for data analysis and SIMPP was used to analyze the results. Results:The pre-class pre-learning was taken as an example for analysis, and the factors influencing the pre-learning of students included subjective and objective factors. Subjective factors include whether the student's extracurricular time is mainly used for doing things, whether the student's university's learning objectives are clear, etc. Objective factors include school curriculum settings and teachers' practices before the exam. Conclusion:The micro-system engineering concept and SIMPP method are suitable for the college cun'iculum reform. They can well understand the relationship between various micro-factors in the course of curriculum reform and the impact on the curriculum reform.
