摘要
采用能量色散X荧光光谱法建立了乳状液化妆品中汞的快速检测方法。方法:空白基质选用不含汞的乳状液化妆品,配制出不同浓度汞的系列标准样品进行测定并建立标准曲线。结果:汞含量在0.5~100 mg·kg-1之间呈良好的线性关系,Y=0.9930X+0.8983,r=0.9860;精密度试验的RSD(n=6)在1.5%~2.9%之间;回收率在93.53%~101.14%之间;检出限为0.2 mg·kg-1。结论:本方法简便快速,适合乳状液化妆品中汞的快速测定。
A method of rapid determination of Hg in cosmetics by EDX-ray fluorescence spectrometry. Methods:Blank matrix was selected from mercury-free paste cosmetics, prepared a series of standard samples of different concentrations of mercury, into the machine directly measured, based on the data obtained standard curve. Results: The linearity of mercury content in the range of 0.5-100 mg·kg-1 was good, Y = 0.9930X+0.8983 r=0.9860; RSD (n=6) of precision test was between 1.5 % and 2.9 % The rate of detection is 0.2 mg·kg-1 in the range of 93.53 %-101.14 %. Conclusion: The method is simple and rapid, which can be used for the rapid determination of Hg elements in cosmetics.
