摘要
鸡精中存在疑似糖精钠的成分,导致糖精钠检测出现假阳性结果。现有食品安全国家标准通常采用高效液相色谱法(附紫外检测器)来检测糖精钠,但难以检测出假阳性问题,需用液相色谱串联质谱法进行二次定性。文章基于现有国标方法用紫外串联荧光检测器进行检测,在原方法的基础上探索新方法,寻求一种能够一次上机同时解决假阳性定性和定量的问题,提高检测效率,降低检测成本。实验结果表明:利用高效液相色谱仪-紫外串联荧光检测器检测可以有效排除假阳性的干扰,同时对糖精钠含量进行准确定量,相对于液相色谱串联质谱法有成本低、效率高、重复性好等优点,为鸡精中糖精钠的常规检测提供了新的思路。
The suspected saccharin sodium component existed in chicken essence results in the false positive judgement.Liquid chromatograph with ultraviolet detector is widely used for detection of saccharin sodium according to the existing food safety national standards,which is helpless to solve the problem of false positive and turns to liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)for the second qualitation.A new method is established based on the existing LC method,which may solve the false positive qualitation and quantitation in one detect.With high performance liquid chromatograph-ultraviolet series fluorescence detector can improve the detection efficiency and reduce the detection cost.The experiment results show that the interference of false positive substances can be eliminated by this new method with accurate quantitation of saccharin sodium content.Compared with liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,it has the advantages of low cost,high efficiency and good repeatability,which has provided a new idea for the routine testing of saccharin sodium in chicken essence.
