槲皮素抗癌作用机制相关研究报道

Reports of related studies on the anticancer mechanism of quercetin

槲皮素(quercetin)是一种天然的小分子黄酮类化合物,广泛存在于多种中草药中,其分子式为C15H10O7,具有多种生物活性和药理作用。特别是槲皮素抗癌作用一直都是人们关注的热点。本文主要对槲皮素抗癌作用机制相关报道进行综述。主要阐述槲皮素抑制癌细胞增殖、诱导癌细胞凋亡、增强药物及放射敏感性、逆转耐药性、抑制癌细胞迁移和侵袭、诱导癌细胞自噬等,为今后槲皮素的抗癌作用、机制研究以及临床应用提供参考。

Quercetin is a natural small molecule flavonoid,widely found in many Chinese herbal medicines. Its molecular formula is C15H10O7,which has many biological activities and pharmacological effects. Especially,the anticancer effect of quercetin has always been a focus of attention. In this paper,we reviewed the anticoagulation mechanism of quercetin. This article mainly expounds that quercetin inhibits cancer cell proliferation,induces apoptosis of cancer cells,enhances drug sensitivity,reverses resistance,inhibits metastasis and invasion of cancer cells,induces autophagy of cancer cells. This review will provide a reference for the study of the anticancer action,mechanism,and clinical application of quercetin.
