基于UG对卧式杠杆木薯拔起装置的有限元分析 被引量:1

摘要 目前,木薯的拔起工作大部分仍然采用手工方法进行,虽然有大型的木薯采收装置,但这些大型设备不太适合于广东、广西、贵州等地区的丘陵地带,且大型设备的投入成本高,对农村地区的产品推广产生了很大的阻力。为了解决农民收获木薯过程中手工收获速度慢、容易伤手等问题,设计了一种卧式杠杆木薯拔起装置的机械,并在此之前申请了国家发明专利。运用UG对该机械进行有限元分析,从而验证该装置的可行性,实现木薯拔起的机械化夹持与拔起,可降低木薯拔起的劳动强度,同时还能够提高木薯采收效率及木薯种植业的经济效益和产品化水平,满足木薯产业的增长需求。 At present,the majority of cassava extraction work is still carried out by hand,although there are large-scale cassava harvesting device,but these large equipment is not suitable for Guangdong,Guangxi,Guizhou and other regions of the hilly area,and large equipment,high input costs,There is a great resistance to product promotion in rural areas.In order to solve the problem of slow harvesting and easy hand injury in the process of peasants harvesting cassava,this paper presents a mechanical mechanism for horizontal leveraged cassava lifting device,and before it has applied for national invention patent,this paper will use UG to the machine to verify the feasibility of the device,to achieve the mechanized clamping and pulling up from cassava and to reduce the labor intensity of cassava uptake,but also to improve the efficiency of cassava harvesting,improve the economic benefits of cassava planting and Product level to meet the growth needs of cassava.
