摘要
随着目前共享经济及互联网经济的迅猛发展,铁路保价运输面临的竞争越来越激烈。在分析西安车务段铁路保价运输现状的基础上,根据目前保价运输所面临的人员素质、运到期限、营销宣传方式、客户参与度等方面问题,提出新形势下发展铁路保价运输的对策,即设立铁路保价运输及货损处理专职机构、建立运输逾期赔付机制、推进铁路保价营销与货运整体营销相结合、拓展保价运输市场、成立专业公司或联保公司,为铁路保价运输的长远发展及品牌影响力的提升提供参考。
The fast rise of the sharing economy, fueled by the internet, has created a fierce competition in the value-insured transport industry. Based on an analysis of the practice adopted by the train operation depot in Xi'an, this paper has proposes a development strategy for the industry in the new era from the following perspectives: qualified personnel, transit time, marketing strategies, and customer involvement. Specifically, this new proposal includes creating a department responsible for value-insured transport, particularly handling damages, establishing a compensation mechanism for delayed deliveries, integrating the marketing of value-insured transport into that of the freight transport industry, exploring new potentials in the sector, and setting up professional organizations such as joint guarantees. These measures are expected to serve as reference points for building up a good reputation in the fast growing valueinsured transport industry.
