摘要
目的研究分析高血压使用中医治疗的临床效果,为临床中医治疗提供依据。方法 2015年2月—2017年2月我院对高血压患者60例开展了分析研究,将患者分成了对照组和治疗组,均有30例。对照组使用西医治疗,治疗组使用中医治疗,对两组进行临床治疗情况对比。结果经过治疗后,治疗组共有22例显效,6例有效,2例无效,临床治疗有效率是93.3%,对照组有15例显效,6例有效,9例无效,临床治疗有效率是70.0%,治疗组的治疗显效率73.3%,对照组50.0%,两组结果对比存在统计学差异性(χ2=6.352,4.625,P<0.05)。结论高血压临床中使用中医治疗具有比较好的效果,患者的治疗效果稳定,副作用少,有效率高,患者症状改善,生活质量提升,临床中应该积极推广使用。
Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of hypertension, and to provide evidence for clinical Chinese medicine treatment. Methods From February 2015 to February 2017, 60 patients with hypertension were analyzed, and patients were divided into control group and treatment group(n =30). The control group was treated with western medicine, and the treatment group was treated by traditional Chinese medicine. The clinical treatment of the two groups was compared. Results After treatment, there were 22 cases of apparent effect in the treatment group, 6 cases effective, 2 cases ineffective, and the effective rate of clinical treatment was 93.3%. The control group had 15 cases of apparent effect, 6 cases were effective, 9 cases were invalid, the effective rate of clinical treatment was 70%, the apparent effect rate of the treatment group was 73.3%, and the control group was 50.0%, and two group results were statistically different( χ2=6.352, 4.625, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The use of traditional Chinese medicine in the clinical treatment of hypertension has a good effect. The treatment effect of the patients is stable, the side effects are few, the effective rate is high, the symptoms of the patients are improved, the quality of life is promoted, and the clinical application should be actively promoted.
