摘要
随着科学技术的发展,在我国食品领域却出现越来越严重的食品安全问题,对老百姓的健康产生了极大的威胁。在食品安全问题中,重金属超标由于对人体能够造成严重的危害,一直备受关注。食品重金属检测的相关技术在为更好地确保食品安全、预防重金属中毒起到很好的防范作用,本文主要从常见的重金属检测与危害出发,着重就ICP-MS检测技术进行分析,探讨如何有效对食品中的重金属进行检测。
