摘要
以染井吉野樱半木质化单芽茎段及扦插繁殖萌发的小芽为外植体进行了染井吉野樱离体培养和快速繁殖研究。结果表明:小芽接种于芽诱导培养基MS+BA 1.0mg/L+NAA 0.02 mg/L+TDZ 2.0 mg/L+蔗糖30 g/L+琼脂6.5 g/L上,丛生芽分化率高达15.6;将丛生芽分切至壮苗培养基1/2 MS+BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L上,并在1/2MS+NAA 0.01 mg/L培养基上生根形成完整植株。
The half lignification stem-segment with single bud and young shoots from cutting propagation were used as explants to study in vitro culture and high frequency propagation of Prunus ×yedoensis.The results showed that multiple shoot differentiation rate on MS+BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.02 mg/L+TDZ 2.0 mg/L+sucrose 30 g/L+agar 6.5 g/L were 15.6. The multiple shoots were cut and planted on 1/2 MS+BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L,and then rooted on 1/2 MS+NAA 0.01 mg/L.
