摘要
针对便携式计算机电池保护器生产过程中存在的自动化程度低、麦拉片贴合良品率低等问题,设计了便携式计算机电池保护器双面自动贴合机及其控制系统。通过对便携式计算机电池保护器双面自动贴合机工艺要求及功能特点分析,确定设备整体设计方案,并对其关键部件进行了详细设计,包括麦拉片传送机构、麦拉片贴合机构等;采用PLC作为控制系统的主控制器,实现电池保护器双面自动贴合麦拉片;以触摸屏作为人机交互界面,实现设备调试及系统运行状态监测等功能。该设备已投入实际生产使用,应用效果表明:该设备运行稳定,操作简单,自动化程度高,提高了产品生产效率和良品率。
Aiming at the problems existing in the production process of portable computer battery protector,such as low degree of automation,low yield of mylar film attaching and so on,the double-side automatic attaching machine and control system for portable computer battery protector were designed.The overall scheme of the equipment was designed by analyzing the process requirements and functional characteristics of the double-side automatic attaching machine for portable computer battery protector,and the key components were designed particularly,including mylar film transmission mechanism,mylar film attaching mechanism and so on.PLC was used as the main controller of the control system to realize the double-side automatic attaching mylar film for battery protector;and the touch screen was used as the human-machine interface to realize the equipment debugging and system operation status monitoring,etc.The equipment has been applied in the practical production,application effect shows that:the equipment is reliable,easy to use,and has high degree of automation,which can improve the production efficiency and yield.
