摘要
淮南煤矿塌陷区刘岗塘水体中的Cu含量为1.014±0.020(mg/L),相比国家Ⅴ类水质标准最高限定浓值(1mg/L)并无显著超标(t检验,P>0.05),但是在其具备青萍生长条件的区域却鲜见青萍分布,且在少有的能观察到的青萍外观上还存在受Cu胁迫的迹象。本文通过石蜡切片法观察了青萍叶片解剖结构、采用原子吸收分光光度法测定了水体重金属Cu、青萍体内各形态Cu及青萍体内亚细胞组分中Cu的含量,推断Cu可能是青萍受到伤害的主要原因之一,青萍的生长及分布特征在一定程度上可以反映出Cu污染水平。
The concentration of Cu in the water of Liugang Pond in the Huainan mine subsidence areas is 1.014 ± 0.020 mg/L(mean ± SD) which does not significantly exceed the national standard of grade Ⅴ(t-test, P 0.05), however, appearances, growth condition and distribution of Lemmaminor L. shows signs of Cu stress upon examination. Then we further studied the anatomical structure of the leaves of L. minor using paraffin section method. The contents of Cu in the subcellular components of L. minor were also determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. These results showed that Cu in Liugang Pond is high enough to be able to affect L. minor's growth and distribution characteristics, indicating the existence of Cu pollution.
