北京市海淀区0～2岁儿童龋病流行病学调查

Epidemiological survey on caries among children aged 0-2 years in Haidian district,Beijing

目的了解北京市海淀区0~2岁儿童患龋状况,为海淀区低龄儿童龋病防治工作提供科学依据。方法选择到北京市海淀区妇幼保健院预防保健科做体检的0~2岁1743名儿童进行口腔检查。结果受检0~2岁儿童中患龋儿童158名,患龋率9.1%,龋均(0.29±1.08),龋面均(0.40±1.80),患龋率、龋均、龋面均随年龄增长逐年增高,患龋率在不同年龄组间差异有显著统计学意义。结论 0~2岁儿童患龋率、龋均逐渐增高,需引起重视,并采取有效措施加以控制。

Objective To investigate the status of primary teeth caries prevalence among children aged 0-2 years and to provide a scientific basis for prevention and control of early childhood caries in Haidian district of Beijing. Methods Oral examination was conducted among 1743 0-2 years old children who received physical examination at the Preventive and Health Department of Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Haidian District. Results 158 children aged 0-2 years were diagnosed with caries. The prevalence of caries was 9. 1%. The average of DMFT was（ 0. 29 ± 1. 08）. The average of DMFS was（ 0. 40 ± 1. 80）. The prevalence of caries,the average of DMFT and the average of DMFS increased with age. There was significantly difference in the prevalence of cariesamong different age groups. Conclusions The prevalence of primary teeth caries and the average of DMFT in children aged 0-2 years are gradually increasing. It needs attention and effective measures should be taken to control them.
