中小型建筑幕墙企业可持续成长力评价

Evaluation of Sustainable Growth Capacity of Small and Medium Building Curtain Wall Enterprises

为在激烈的市场竞争中,提高中小型建筑幕墙企业的可持续成长能力,通过分析其成长困境,界定其可持续成长内涵,从组织管理、市场营销、财务绩效、人力资源、技术创新等5个层次,确定16个影响因素,建立中小型建筑幕墙企业可持续成长力评价指标体系;引入灰色关联度理论,构建中小型建筑幕墙企业可持续成长力评价模型;最后,通过走访调研等方式对4个中小型建筑幕墙企业的可持续成长力水平进行实例分析。结果表明:4个企业的成长力水平由高到低依次为:X企业>F企业>H企业>W企业。

In the fierce market competition, improve the small and medium-sized enterprise sustainable growth ability of building curtain wall, through the analysis of the predicament of development, defines the connotation of sustainable development, from five aspects of organization management, marketing, financial performance, human resources, technological innovation, to determine the 16 factors, the establishment of sustainable growth in small building curtain wall enterprise evaluation index system ; grey correlation theory and the construction of sustainable development power of small and medium-sized building curtain wall enterprise evaluation model ; finally, through the investigation of 4 small and medium sized enterprises sustainable development of building curtain wall stress analysis. The results show that the growth level of the four enterprises from high to low is in the following order ： X enterprise 〉 F enterprise 〉 H enterprise 〉 W enterprise.
