摘要
介绍了一种新型的先导式大流量高速开关阀。先导阀采用无弹簧复位式双电磁铁驱动,大大提高了先导阀芯的开、关速度;先导阀结构形式采用二位三通滑阀式结构,加快了主阀芯上腔压力的上升与下降速度,从而提高了主阀芯的开启/关闭速度。试验结果表明,该阀在进口压力8 MPa的情况下,主阀开启/关闭时间均在0.8~1.0 ms之间。在阀口压差为1 MPa的情况下,测得的流量大于49.68 L/min。
A new type of piloted large flow rate high speed on/off valve is introduced. The pilot valve is driven by a double solenoid without spring reset, which greatly improves on and off speed of pilot valve core. The pilot valve adopts a two-position three-port slide valve structure to speed up rising and falling speed of upper cavity pressure of the main valve core, thus improving the on and off speed of the main valve element. The test results show that the on and off time of the main valve is between 0.8 ms and 1.0 ms under the inlet pressure of 8 MPa. When the pressure difference of the main valve port is 1 MPa, the measured flow rate is greater than 49.68 L/min.
