摘要
基于信息系统成功模型、S-O-R理论、用户感知系统特征模型识别了用户采纳虚拟现实系统的主要促进因素并提出了相关的影响机理。通过对真实体验过四川都江堰市通威三文鱼基地乡村虚拟现实系统的181名用户进行研究数据收集,使用PLS-SEM结构方程建模技术分析发现:(1)IT质量中的系统质量和服务质量显著正向影响用户感知系统特征,即沉浸感和交互性;(2)用户感知系统特征显著正向影响用户使用意愿。研究结果不仅有助于了解旅游虚拟现实系统的用户采纳意愿形成机制,丰富对虚拟旅游平台环境下用户参与行为的理解,拓展现有消费者在线社区参与行为理论,同时也对旅游虚拟现实系统平台的设计开发人员具有切实的实践参考价值。
The virtual reality system has important implications for promoting the growth of rural tourism,and also provides a mirror and guideline for the development of Internet plus tourism strategy. However, the mechanism underlying the virtual reality use is not fully understood. Drawing on the stimulus-organism-response(S-O-R) model and the information system success model, this study proposes a model to investigate the factors influencing rural virtual reality system usage intention. In specific, this study examines how system quality influences rural virtual reality system usage intention by mediating immersion and interactivity. The model is assessed using data collected from 181 respondents. The data are analyzed by PLS-SEM and the results show that information technology(IT) quality consisting of system quality, service quality and information quality is positively associated with the user perceptions(including immersion and interaction); meanwhile the user perceptions have significantly positive effect on usage intention. The research results not only contribute to understanding the mechanism underlying virtual reality adoption, enriching the understanding of user participation in virtual reality system, and expanding the existing online community participation behavior theory, but also it provides practical implications for the developers of tourism virtual reality system.
