摘要
要加强高校师资队伍建设 ,提高高等教育教学效能 ,必须深入了解教师的心理特点 ,满足教师的合理需要。本文从高校教师需要层次、高校教师需要特点入手 ,分析了不同年龄段的高校教师心理及需要的特点 ,并提出了满足高校教师合理需要的具体措施 ,旨在掌握高校教师的心理现状 ,探索其心理需要发展的规律 ,使其向健康积极方向发展 ,以期为高校师资队伍建设的实践提供理论依据。
From speciality and hierarchy of need of university teacher,this paper analyses speciality of mind and need of teachers in differ age segmental, and brings forward satisfy the needs of university teacher in reason physical measure,be conducted to grip mind actuality of university teacher,probe his law of need developmental,lead it to health way to develop, In the hope of supply theory gist with procession constructive practice of persons qualified to teach of university teacher.
