步进梁式运输机为热轧带钢生产线成品收集区的重要组成设备,其工作效率和稳定性直接影响着整条生产线的生产节奏和产量。依托日照钢铁有限公司ESP无头轧制带钢生产线工程,阐述了该生产线所使用的步进梁式运输机的设计校核、加工制造、装配检验、安装调试及使用维护等情况。

As an important equipment in the collection area of the hot strip rolling production line,the walking beam conveyor has direct influence on the production rhythm and output of the whole production line.On the basis of the ESP line of Rizhao Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,the design verification,manufacturing,assembly and debugging,installation and maintenance of the walking beam conveyor were introduced.
