摘要
现有海上空心集成分层注水工艺技术不具有洗井功能,长期注水管柱发生腐蚀、穿孔、结垢,导致地层堵塞、油层污染、注入压力上升等问题出现,严重影响海上油田采收率。在空心集成分层注水工艺技术研究基础之上进行管柱优化设计及配套工具设计,研发了一种新型防返吐分层配水工作筒,解决反洗井及地层配注液返吐问题,实现大井斜、单层大配注量的细分层注水要求,有效延长管柱寿命,极大提高注采效果。
The existing offshore hollow integrated stratified waterflooding technology does not have the well flushing function. As a result, problems such as corrosion, perforation and fouling may occur on the long-time water injection barrel, which result in clogging of the formation, contamination of the oil layer and increase of injection pressure, seriously affecting the recovery rate of offshore oilfields. Based on the research of hollow integrated seperated layer water injection technology, a new type of anti-backflow seperated layer water distribution working barrel is developed to optimize the design of pipe string and supporting tools. Great inclination, single-layer with a large amount of injection of fine sub-layer water injection requirements are achieved,the working barrel life and injection results have been greatly improved.
