摘要 针对国内对玻璃切割的板长偏差、对角线偏差精度的高要求,设计了一套基于三菱PLC的玻璃横切机控制系统。以PLC为核心,通过光电编码器测量板长参数,配备高速计数器模块,控制交流伺服驱动器,并驱动伺服电机,带动切刀进行切割,用触摸屏实现人机交互界面,完成各项所需参数设置,实现了板长偏差小于±0.5 mm,对角线偏差小于±1 mm的切割精度,提高了工作效率。经试验,本系统稳定、可靠,满足玻璃切割的精度要求。 In order to meet the domestic high requirements for precision of board length deviation and diagonal deviation for glass cutting, a set of control system of glass cutting machine is designed based on Mitsubishi PLC.PLC was taken as the core, the plate length parameters were measured through the photoelectric encoder.the high speed counter module was equipped, the AC servo drives were controlled, the servo motor and the cutter for cutting were drived, the human-computer interaction interface was achieved through the touch screen,and all the required parameters setting were completed. The board length deviation is less than 0. 5 mm, the diagonal deviation is less than 1 mm, so the working efficiency is improved. Through the test, the system is stable and reliable, and can satisfy the precision requirement of glass cutting.
