中药复方调节内质网应激的研究进展

Research Progress of Chinese Medicine Compound Regulation of Endoplasmic Reticulum Stress

内质网应激是一种重要的细胞自我防御机制,各种干扰内质网功能的病理生理学因素,均可破坏内质网的稳态而触发内质网应激。内质网应激时,首先启动生存途径,但是持续的内质网应激将启动细胞凋亡途径。基于内质网应激对机体的双向影响,目前通过调节内质网应激成为预防和治疗疾病研究的热点。中药复方是传统医学治疗疾病最主要的手段,文章就近三年基于调节内质网应激中药复方防治疾病做一综述。

Endoplasmic reticulum stress is a kind of important cell self defense mechanisms. The pathophysiology of various interference factors of endoplasmic reticulum function can ruin the endoplasmic reticulum of the steady state. When triggering the endoplasmic reticulum stress,the first step was to start the survival way,but continued endoplasmic reticulum stress would initiate apoptosis pathway. Based on the endoplasmic reticulum stress effect on the body of the two-way,at present adjusting the endoplasmic reticulum stress was becoming a hot spot for the prevention and treatment of disease research. Compound Chinese medicine is the most important means of traditional Chinese medicine to treat disease. In this paper,Chinese medicine compound prevention and treatment of the regulation of endoplasmic reticulum stress in recent 3 years was reviewed.
