摘要
广州市洲头咀隧道工程过江段采用沉管法施工,其中海珠区岸上段与沉管段衔接处位于珠江边,基坑采用模袋砂围堰后开挖,支护结构采用带锁扣钢管桩支护,锁扣钢管桩兼作止水帷幕。结合工程和地质条件,详细介绍在弱风化泥质粉砂岩等较硬的地质条件下如何进行带锁扣钢管桩施工,包括围堰设计、支护结构设计、锁扣钢管桩施工工艺。实践证明该工艺施工便利、安全可靠,值得类似工程借鉴推广。
The cross-river section of Guangzhou City Zhoutouju Tunnel Project is constructed by the immersed tube method, in which the connection of the bank section in Haizhu District with the immersed tube section is located at the bank of Zhujiang River. The foundation pit is excavated after the use of film bag sand cofferdam. The supporting structure is supported by the locking steel pipe piles. And the locking steelpipe piles are also used as the waterproof curtain. Combined with the engineering and geological conditions,the article introduces how to implement the construction of locking steel pipe pile including the design of cofferdam, design of supporting structure and construction technology of locking steel pipe pile under the harder geological conditions of weakly weathered argillaceous siltstone in detail. The practices show that this technological construction is convenient, safe and reliable, and is worthy of the similar projects for reference and promotion.
