作为资本市场的重要基础性制度,上市公司退市制度在起到净化市场环境、促进优胜劣汰、优化市场资源配置的同时,在现有法律制度下,在证监会推动下,国内资本市场的市场化、多元化的退市指标体系和稳健的退市实施机制已经完备,并呈现法治化、市场化等趋势近日,两家退市多年的上市公司重启上市之路,引爆了关于退市企业重新申请上市的大讨论。两家公司分别为退市四年的长航油运与退市五年的创智科技。
