科技企业孵化器与众创空间的空间特征及影响因素比较 被引量:18

摘要 本文基于省域2015年、2016年数据,利用空间计量和逐步回归方法对国家级众创空间和科技企业孵化器的空间分布特征和影响因素进行比较发现,两者的区位布局和集聚影响因素具有显著差异。科技企业孵化器目前的集聚效应显著,众创空间的空间相关性尚不明显;科技企业孵化器倾向分布于经济发展水平较高和创业投资较为活跃的地区,众创空间发展初期受政府支持的影响较为显著,随着发展,政府干预力量逐渐降低,地区经济发展水平和人才供给成为主要影响因素。在此基础上,从抢抓众创空间发展机会、加强区域一体化建设和有针对性构建发展支持环境三个方面提出促进科技企业孵化器和众创空间集聚化的对策建议。 This article uses provincial data in 2015 and 2016, adopts spatial econometrics and stepwise regression methods, makes a comparative analysis on the spatial distribution features and the influencing factors of national technology business incubators and mass maker space. The study finds the technology business incubators shows a significant spatial correlation , the spatial correlation of mass maker space has not become obvious yet. With regard to the influencing factors, technology business incubators favor the areas with higher level of economic development and higher activity of venture capital investment. Mass maker spaces, in the early stage, are sig-nificantly influenced by the government support. As they grow gradually, the power of government intervention is reduced, and the effects of regional economic development together with the human resources supply start to become the major factor. Based on this, this article proposes that to promote the development of technology business incubators and mass maker spaces, we should grasp development opportunities, strengthen regional integration construction, and construct different and targeted supportive environment for development.
