氟康唑联合克霉唑阴道片治疗念珠菌阴道炎的临床疗效

Clinical effect of fluconazole tablets combined with clotrimazole vaginal tablets in treating candidal vaginitis

目的探讨氟康唑联合克霉唑阴道片治疗念珠菌阴道炎的临床疗效。方法选取龙岩市永定区妇幼保健院2015年4月—2017年4月收治的念珠菌阴道炎患者56例,随机分为对照组与研究组,各28例。对照组患者予以克霉唑阴道泡腾片治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上予以氟康唑胶囊治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗满意度、复发情况。结果研究组临床疗效、满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氟康唑联合克霉唑阴道片治疗念珠菌阴道炎的临床疗效确切,可提高治疗满意度,且不增加复发率。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of fluconazole tablets combined with clotrimazole vaginal tablets in treating eandidal vaginitis.Methods A total of 56 cases of candidal vaginitis patients were selected from April 2015 to April 2017 in Yongding County Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Longyan City, which were randomly divided into control group and study group, 28 cases in each group.The control group was given clotrimazole effervescent tablets, study group was given fluconazole tablets based on control group.The clinical effect, treatment satisfaction, recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The study group of clinical effect and treatment satisfaction were better than control group （ P〈0.05 ） . There was no statistically significant difference of recurrence rate between the two groups （ P〉0.05 ） .Conclusion Fluconazole tablets combined with clotrimazole vaginal tablets have an exactly clinical effect in treating eandidal vaginitis, it can promote the treatment satisfaction, and without increasing recurrence rate.
