液相色谱-串联质谱法测定纺织品中7种荧光增白剂 被引量:14

摘要 建立了液相色谱-串联质谱法测定纺织品中7种荧光增白剂残留量的检测方法。样品经水/甲醇(25/75)70℃水浴中超声提取30 min,用Hypersil GOLD-C18色谱柱进行分离,以10 mmol/L甲酸铵水溶液与甲醇为流动相进行梯度洗脱分离。质谱采集模式为电喷雾负离子模式。7种离子FWAs在一定质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.995,不同添加水平下,7种阴离子FWAs的回收率为86.0%~96.0%,相对标准偏差(RSDs)为2.7%~6.4%。该方法简单、灵敏度高、分析时间短,具有一定的实际应用价值。 A method of the determination of seven ionic fluorescent whitening agent residues in textilewas established by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The sample was extracted with water-methanol(25/75), ultrasonic extraction of 30 min in water bath at 70 ℃. The gradient elution separation was carried out on the Hypersil GOLD-C18 column with the aqueous solution of 10 mmol/L ammonium formate and methanol as the mobile phase. The mass spectrum acquisition mode was the electrospray negative ion mode. The linear relationship of the 7 kinds of ion FWAs was good in a certain mass concentration range, and the correlation coefficient was more than 0.99. The recovery of 7 kinds of anions FWAs was 86.0%-96.0%, and the relative standard deviation(RSDs) was 2.7%-6.4%. This method had the advantages of simple, high sensitivity and short analysis time, and had certain practical application value.
