摘要
分析了宣钢冶炼生产的SAE系列出口材结疤缺陷产生的原因,认为造成结疤缺陷的主要原因是铸坯表面存在结疤质量缺陷。经统计,钢水过氧化又是造成铸坯表面结疤质量缺陷的主要原因。通过提高转炉终点碳命中率、建立炉后钢水控氧模型、改进精练操作、改进连铸保护浇铸等措施,提高了钢水洁净度,减少了铸坯表面结疤等质量问题,大幅度减少了SAE系列出口钢材的结疤缺陷质量事故。
The paper introduces the cause of scar defect of SAE steel produced in Xuansteel. It is concluded that the main cause is the scar quality defect on the billet surface. According to statistics,the peroxide of molten steel is the main reason for the quality defect on the surface of billet. By improving the final carbon hit rate of the converter,establishing the oxygen control model of molten steel after the end point,improving refining operation and the continuous casting and protective casting and so on,the cleanliness of molten steel is improved,the scar on the surface of slab is reduced,and the quality accidents of scab defects of SAE series steel products are greatly reduced.
