摘要
当前我国社会学视角研究教师教育主要聚焦在教师教育政策、教师专业发展、教师职业道德、职前职后教师教育、教师职业身份认同五个层面。从教师组成结构视角考察其呈现出来的演变特征研究,国外已得到高度关注且成果集中在美、英、法等发达国家,我国这方面研宄明显不足。建构我国教师社会学需要从目标、要素、思路、方法四个层面,这一研究助力对教师教育新领域的探讨和分析研究,为教师教育制度政策变革提供了新的对策视角,可更好地为我国教师教育服务。
At present, the study of teacher education in China focuses on five aspects: teacher education policy,teacher professional development, teacher professional ethics, pre-service teacher education, and teacher professional identity. From the perspectiveof teachers' compositional structure, the study of the evolutionary characteristics presented by them has been highly concerned and theresults have been concentrated in the developed countries such as the United States, Britain and France. The construction of teachers'sociology in China needs four levels: objectives, elements, ideas and methods. This research helps to explore and analyze new areasof teacher education, and providesa new perspective for teachers' education system policy changes. Serve the education of teachers inChina.
