火针联合推拿治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Combination Therapy of Fire Needle and Manipulation in the Treatment of External Humeral Epicondylitis

目的观察火针联合手法治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月—2017年12月于我院针灸科门诊就诊的肱骨外上髁炎患者64例,采用随机数字表的方法随机分为对照组和观察组。观察组予火针联合推拿手法治疗,对照组予普通针刺治疗,疗程2周。对比2组患者治疗后视觉模拟评分(visual analogue score)、Mayo肘关节功能评分(Mayo elbow performance score,MEPS)以及临床疗效。结果治疗后,2组患者VAS评分较治疗前明显下降,MEPS评分较治疗前明显升高,且观察组VAS评分明显低于对照组,MEPS评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组治愈19例,好转11例,无效2例,总有效率93.75%(30/32);对照组治愈9例,好转17例,无效6例,总有效率81.25%(26/32);观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论火针联合推拿手法治疗能够明显减轻肱骨外上髁炎患者的疼痛程度,改善肘关节功能,临床疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the ombination therapy of fire needle and manipulation maneuver on the external humeral epicondylitis. Metheds 64 cases of external humeral epicondylitis patients who got treatment in acupuncture department of our hospital between January 2016 and December 2017 were selected. They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table. The observation group received combination therapy of fire needle and manipulation maneuver, while the control group received the general acupuncture treatment. After two weeks, we compared the visual analogue score（VAS）, Mayo elbow performance score（MEPS） and clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results Comparing with before treatment, the two groups＇ VAS were significant decline and the MEPS were significantly increased after treatment（ P〈0.05）.The observation group＇s VAS was significantly lower than the control group, and the MEPS was significantly higher after treatment（P〈0.05）. In the observation group, 19 cases were cured, 11 cases were improved, 2 cases were failed, and the total effective rate was 93.75%. In the control group, 9 cases were cured, 17 cases were improved, 6 cases were failed, and the otal effective rate was81.25%. The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Combination therapy of fire needle and manipulation maneuver can significantly reduce the pain and improve elbow function of the external humeral epicondylitis patients. The clinical efficacy was obviously.
