立井井筒快速施工装备及工艺研究

Research on Fast Construction Equipment and Technology of Shaft Shaft

通过对以往立井井筒施工方案研究,利用SA-3型大型凿井井架、JK-2.8/15.5提升机作为主提升机上下人及物料,井筒南、北侧各布置稳车作为施工装配用,采用短段掘砌混合作业方式,大段高金属活动模板全方位浇筑,中深孔光面爆破施工,创当年平均月成井96m,最高月成井126m纪录,取得了良好的经济效益。

Through the study of the previous well bore construction scheme, the SA-3 type large drilling derrick and JK-2.8/15.5 hoist are used as the main hoist to transmit human and material. Steady vehicles are laid out in the south and north of the shaft for construction assembly, and a mix operation way of laying bricks or stones, is adopted, long template all-around casting and high metal activities in deep hole smooth blasting construction are carried out, with the average monthly well completion 96 m, the highest 126 m record, and achieved good economic benefts.
