新时代背景下煤炭绿色勘查技术体系研究 被引量:44

摘要 煤炭资源勘查是一项系统工程,绿色勘查理念的引入,将对煤炭地质勘查过程地质信息的采集、汇总、解释、评价程序、技术手段及理论方法产生重大变革。通过梳理勘查技术体系研究成果,阐释了高效、科学、节约的绿色勘查内涵,提出了在整个勘查过程中应秉持的4个原则:即勘查工程协同布置、技术互补原则;勘查手段的合理高效、经济节约原则;环境扰动与环境修复并行原则;工作环境"以人为本"原则。依据绿色勘查过程中绿色勘查理念、技术、智慧勘探思维与"三边"工作、以及法律法规保障等方面要求,创立了包含煤炭绿色勘查理论、工程技术、勘查标准、勘查评价、绿色恢复等5个板块的新时代绿色勘查技术体系框架。 The coal geological exploration is a systematic engineering. The introduction of green exploration concept comes about great transformations on geological information acquisition,summarization,interpretation,assessment process,technical means and theoretical approaches during the coal geological exploration procedure. Through sorting of studied results of the exploration technological system,have expounded the high efficient,scientific,saving green exploration meaning; put forward 4 principles should be adhered. The principles have: exploration engineering coordinated arrangement and technical complementation principle; exploration means reasonable and efficient,economic saving principle; environmental disturbance and rehabilitation concurrency principle; and working environment "people-oriented"principle. Based on requirements from aspects of green exploration process green exploration concept,technology,sapiential exploration thinking and "3 synchronous"working method*and laws and regulations guarantee,have established new era coal green exploration technological system framework including coal green exploration theory,engineering technology,exploration standards,exploration assessment and green rehabilitation 5 plates.
