摘要
为合理利用采伐剩余物提供合适的运输设备,采用经验公式法计算出了所需运输设备的主要参数,然后结合现有理论或经验公式进行校核验证。该研究主要针对设备的尺寸、主要参数、牵引力、液压马达等相关数据进行计算分析,确定设备的结构和尺寸,计算出所必需的参数,以及牵引力、液压马达的主要指标,经校核验证后得到这些指标均满足设计和强度要求。使用这些指标可以对该设备的主要部件进行选择,从而为采伐剩余物的合理利用提供合适的运输设备。
In order to provide suitable transportation equipment for the rational use of harvesting residues,this paper uses the empirical formula method to calculate the main parameters of the required transportation equipment,and then verify with the existing theory or empirical formula. The research mainly analyzes the equipment's size,main parameters,traction,hydraulic motor and other related data,determines the structure and size of the equipment,and calculates the required necessary parameters,as well as the main indicators of traction and hydraulic motor,all of which meet the design and strength requirements after verification. These indicators can be used to select the main components of the equipment to provide reasonable transportation equipment for harvesting residues.
