SnO_2改性BiVO_4的光电化学性质研究 被引量:1

摘要 环境污染问题和能源问题已成为21世纪最急需解决的问题。近年来,光催化材料因其能有效地降解有机污染物和光催化制氧而成了研究热点。本文用Bi(NO_3)_3和NH_4VO_3水热合成BiVO_4样品,并用SnO_2对BiVO_4样品进行改性处理,将Nafion溶液分别与样品混合制备电极。然后用XRD、SEM、FT-IR、UV-vis、Raman等对BiVO_4样品及SnO_2改性BiVO_4样品进行结构表征。最后在0.1mol/L KCl+0.1mol/L CH_3OH中性溶液及可见光的条件下对电极材料进行电化学性能的分析测试。研究结果表明,SnO_2改性后的BiVO_4微粒尺寸约为25微米,光电流比纯BiVO_4提高约3倍,这说明复合材料的化学性能和光电性能都有较好的提高。
