基于高压断路器电机操动机构的位移分段控制策略 被引量:16

摘要 高压断路器电机操动机构提高了断路器运行的可靠性及可控性,在满足断路器操作性能要求的前提下,为了工程应用中简便实现对电机操动机构运动过程的控制,该文提出一种通过修改给定量的分段控制策略。首先,基于三相永磁同步电机直接驱动断路器的操动机构,分析合闸过程中驱动电机的运动特点,根据其运动特点及断路器要求的性能指标将运动过程分为三个阶段。然后,在不同阶段通过修改位移给定量的方式实现分段控制。最后在搭建的模拟平台上进行实验研究,分析对比不同阶段控制参数的选取对控制性能的影响,确定控制参数实现分段控制。结果表明,所提出的分段控制策略可以根据不同运动阶段的控制要求实现对电机操动机构的调控,且参数整定方便,工程实现简单,是高压断路器电机操动机构实现高效动态控制的一种可行有效的控制策略。 The research on the motor operating device of high voltage circuit breaker (HVCB) improves the reliability and controllability of the circuit breaker. Under the premise of satisfying the operational performance requirements of the circuit breaker, in order to control the movement process of the motor operating device simply for engineering application, a subsection control strategy by modifying the given quantitative was proposed. Firstly, based on an operating device of HVCB driven directly by three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), the movement characteristics of the drive motor in the closing process were analyzed. Then the movement process was divided into three stages according to the movement characteristics and circuit breaker requirements. Secondly, the subsection control was achieved by modifying displacement at different stages. Finally, the experimental studies on the simulation platform were carried out, the influence of the control quantity selection on the dynamic characteristics was analyzed and the control parameters were selected at different stages. The results show that the proposed subsection control strategy can control the motor operating device according to the control requirements of different movement stages. It is easy to set the parameter and implement in engineering applications, which provides a feasible and effective control strategy for the efficient dynamic control of the motor operating device for HVCB.
