摘要
介绍了温度对电池寿命以及容量等性能的影响,并且采用star-ccm++软件对混动汽车电池包在高温环境下的各项温度指标进行计算分析,从而规避设计缺陷,然后通过高、低温环境试验验证混动汽车电池包的温度场,最终根据试验结果来修正热管理策略,达到节能降耗以及延长电池生命周期的目的。
This paper introduces the temperature effect on the performance of battery life and capacity.Star-ccm++ software is applied to simulate the battery performance under high temperature, so as to avoid design defects. Then through temperature field test, the battery performance under high and low environment is verified. Finally, according to the test results, the thermal management strategy is adjusted for achieving the goal of saving energy and prolonging the battery life.
