摘要
主要对生产线的节拍精益优化方法进行研究,阐述了生产线节拍的具体含义,详细研究了MTM的分析方法、ECRS方法、生产线平衡分析方法以及PPOH的评价方法,以期促进相关企业健康持续发展。
It mainly studies the lean optimization method of the production line, expounds the specific meaning of the production line beat, and studies the MTM analysis method, ECRS method, production line balance analysis method and PPoh evaluation method in detail, in order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of related enterprises.
