乡村振兴战略既是对国内乡村建设运动的批判性继承与发扬,也是对韩日乡村建设运动及我国台湾乡村建设的扬弃与创新,是新时代背景下中国共产党关于农业、农村、农民发展的最新战略布局与要求。从其主要内容上看,乡村振兴的展开是社会主义新农村建设运动的升级与重塑,其不仅是要实现乡村的发展,更是要为中国持续健康的发展奠定基础。乡村振兴战略应形成总体规划布局,应同时包含"产业兴旺""生态宜居""乡风文明""治理有效""生活富裕"5个方面的具体内容,通过整体与具体双层体制机制与政策体系的建构,最终为乡村振兴注入强大动力,为中华民族的伟大复兴提供强劲支撑。

The strategy of the rural revitalization is not only the critical inheritance and development of the rural construction movement in China in the past time, but also the selection and innovation of the South Korean and Japanese village construction movement and rural construction movement in Taiwan, and the latest strategic layout and requirement of the Chinese Communist Party on the agricultural and rural farmers. From its main content, we can see that the rural revitalization is the promotion and reconstruction of the socialist new rural construction movement, and it not only tries to realize the rural growth, but also to lay the foundation for the sustainable and healthy development of China. The rural revitalization strategy should form the overall planning layout, and it should include the concrete contents of “industry flourishing”, “ecological livable”, “civilization of living”, “effective governance” and “richlife”, through the construction of the whole and concrete double-layer mechanism and policy system. Finally, it would inject powerful impetus into rural revitalization, and provide strong support for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
