Research and Application of Environmental Protection Technology for Rod and Tube On-line Cleaning

为解决小修作业杆、管起出及地面清洗过程中,产生的污油污水不落地问题,研究应用了杆、管在线清洗技术装置。该技术装置由下部蒸汽清洗系统、上部橡胶清洁系统、外部污油收集系统构成。多层式清洗系统充分利用清洗时间和清洗空间,清洗效果优于单层设置的清洗效果;跟随式橡胶刮擦系统设计,适用定向井及带有扶正器的井,杆、管外壁清洁效果更佳;锁扣式回收箱设计合理分配了井口空间,不妨碍井口操作,可用于冬季施工。杆、管在线清洗技术的应用实现了抽油杆、油管外壁清洗效果达到地面清洗标准,污油直接进入井筒内,油管内部污油污水无污染回收达到直接回注标准,不产生带油防渗布及其他带油废弃物,作业过程污油不落地。该技术的研究与应用为油田环保作业提供了可靠的技术支持。

Absrtact:In order to solve the problem of not falling to the ground in the process of tubing out and ground cleaning,the technical device of rod and pipe on-line cleaning is studied and applied in order to solve the problem of not falling to the ground in the process of tubing out and ground cleaning.The equipment consists of a lower steam cleaning system,an upper rubber cleaning system and an external oil collection system.Multilayer cleaning system makes full use of cleaning time and cleaning space,the cleaning effect is better than that of single-layer setting,and the following rubber scraping system is designed,which is suitable for directional wells and wells with centralizer,and the cleaning effect of outside wall of rod pipe is better.The design of lock type recycle box distributes the well head space reasonably,does not hinder the wellhead operation,and can be used in winter construction.The application of the on-line cleaning technology of rod and pipe has realized the sucker rod,the cleaning effect of the outer wall of the tubing has reached the standard of surface cleaning,the dirty oil has entered directly into the wellbore,the polluted water of the inner tubing has been recovered without pollution,and the standard of direct injection has been achieved.Do not produce oily anti-seepage cloth and other oily waste,the operation process of dirt oil does not fall to the ground.The research and application of this technology provide reliable technical support for oil field environmental protection operation.
