Investigation on the knowledge of molecular pathology of trainees of standardized residency training

住院医师规范化培训学员分子病理学知识的掌握和能力的培养是未来临床医生队伍建设的重要任务。为满足临床疾病的精准诊断与治疗需求,培养高层次医学人才,文章针对中国医科大学附属盛京医院住院医师规范化培训学员的分子病理学相关知识掌握情况进行调查和分析,并提出改进建议。

It is an important task for the construction of prospective clinical staff to have a good command of molecular pathology. In order to meet the needs of precise diagnosis and treatment of diseases,and cultivate high-level medical talents,the investigation and analysis of molecular pathology knowledge were conducted,among the trainees of standardized residency training in Shengjing Hospital,affiliated to China Medical University. Suggestions were proposed for improvement accordingly.
