摘要
目的:建立一种磁性固相萃取技术用于富集检测大黄中五种蒽醌类成分。方法:以离子液包裹的四氧化三铁作为吸附剂,以超高效液相色谱仪(UPLC)作为检测手段,考察了离子液种类、离子液浓度、磁性材料浓度、pH值、洗脱液酸度,用于富集测定大黄中的蒽醌类成分。结果:线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.999 4~0.999 8,检测限LOD=0.400 0~2.800 ng·mL^(-1)。结论:本方法优点突出显著,包括操作简捷、迅速、高效、环保。
Objective: To extract the anthraquinones constituents in Rheum palmatumL. by magnetic solid-phase extraction. Methods: A novel IL-coated mesoporous Fe3O4 microspheres solid-phase extraction method was developed for the preconcentration of five anthraquinones in Rheum palmatum. IL type,concentration of ILs and MFMs,diluent pH,and concentration of acetic acid in the eluent,were investigated in depth. Results: The r was 0. 999 4-0. 999 8,LOD was 0. 400 0-2. 800 ng·mL^-1. Conclusion: The advantages of this method are simplicity,speed,efficiency,and environmental protection.
