发展加工贸易,是顺应经济全球化和国际分工精细化发展趋势的重要方式,对地区参与全球分工、嵌入全球产业链、提升开放型经济发展水平具有重要意义。以广西南宁市为例,存在基础薄弱、附加值不高等制约因素。因此,要促进加工贸易转型升级,应提升加工贸易产业附加值、推进加工贸易产业链条延伸、推动加工贸易研发创新、培育发展加工贸易新兴业态、构筑加工贸易"大通关"通道和充分发挥加工贸易正向溢出效应。南宁加工贸易转型升级的探讨,可为西部地区发展加工贸易探索提供路径借鉴。

Development of processing trade is an important way to adapt to the economic globalization and tendency of international refined division of labor and is of great significance for a region to participate in global division of labor,to insert into the global industrial chains and to raise its development level of open type economy. Taking Nanning city of Guangxi for example,to promote transformation and upgrading of processing trade under such restraining factors as weak basis and low additional value,such countermeasures as elevating the industrial additional value,promoting the extension of the industrial chain,propelling research and development innovation,cultivating new business pattern,constructing the channel of‘Major Customs Clearance＇and giving sufficient play to positive overflow effect should be taken. This research and analysis on transformation and upgrading of processing trade in Nanning may provide referential pathways for developing processing trade in western regions.
