自我效能微信管理在青光眼合并白内障患者术后护理的应用

Application of Self Efficacy of WeChat Management in Postoperative Care of Patients with Glaucoma Combined with Cataract

目的:探讨自我效能微信管理在青光眼合并白内障患者术后护理的应用价值。方法:2013年8月到2016年2月选择在哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院进行诊治的青光眼合并白内障患者120例(120眼),根据随机信封抽签原则分为观察组与对照组各60例,对照组在术后给予常规护理,观察组在对照组护理的基础上给予自我效能微信管理,两组护理观察时间为3个月。结果:观察组术后3个月的视力进步率为81.7%,对照组为58.3%,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组术后3个月的眼压分别为(8.13±3.24)mmHg和(12.76±3.16)mmHg,都明显低于术后1d的(16.30±3.67)mmHg和(16.76±2.55)mmHg(P<0.05),观察组术后3个月的眼压也明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理期间的定期复查、正确点眼药、适当运动、合理饮食的依从性分别为100.0%、96.7%、93.3%和98.3%,都明显高于对照组的86.7%、81.7%、83.3%和80.0%(P<0.05)。结论:自我效能微信管理在青光眼合并白内障患者术后护理的应用能提高护理依从性,有利于患者视力的改善与眼压的降低。

Objective： To explore the application values of self efficacy of WeChat in postoperative care of patients with glaucoma combined with cataract. Methods： From August 2013 to February 2016, a total of 120 patients（120 eyes） with glaucoma combined with cataract in our hospital for diagnosis and treatment were selected and were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 60 patients accorded to the random lottery envelopes. The control group was given postoperative routine nursing, the observation group was given the self-efficacy of WeChat management based on the control group nursing. Two groups of nursing observation time were 3 months. Results： The postoperative 3 months of visual acuity improvement rates in the observation group and the control group and 81.7% and 58.3%, the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The postoperative 3 months of intraocular pressure（IOP） of observation group and control group were 8.13±3.24 mmHg and 12.76±3.16 mmHg that significantly lower than preoperative 1d of 16.30±3.67 mmHg and 16.76±2.55 mmHg（P〈0.05）, the patients in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. The postoperative 3 month of nursing compliance of check regularly, during the right eye drops, proper exercise, reasonable diet in the observation group were 100.0%, 96.7%, 93.3% and 98.3% that were significantly higher than that of control group of 86.7%, 81.7%, 83.3% and 80.0%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The application of self efficacy of WeChat in the postoperative care of patients with glaucoma combined with cataract can improve the nursing compliance, which is beneficial to the improvement of visual acuity and the decrease of intraocular pressure.
