基于激光熔覆的长庆油田注水泵组合阀修复技术研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对长庆油田注水泵数量大、长期运行造成组合阀密封面失效频繁、注水泵运行效率低、失效后无有效修复手段以及直接更换成本高、员工劳动强度大的问题,进行了该组合阀修复技术研究。分析注水泵实际工况与组合阀基材性能,选取性能优于基材的进口铁基粉末作为密封面涂层材料。在不同激光参数组合下,对比耐磨、耐腐蚀性能指标,最终确定了激光功率及扫描速度,形成了一套适应性最高的激光熔覆修复工艺。现场试验表明,组合阀应用该工艺修复后,较新品使用寿命延长0.6倍以上,较新品节省生产成本38%以上,这为油田注水泵降本增效工作提供了技术支持。 Aiming at Changqing oilfield water injection pump in large quantities, long-time running causing the combination-valves sealings surface failure frequently, and the low operating efficiency of water injection pump, no effective repair methods after failure, and the damaged combination-valves replaced directly which can lead to the problems of high cost and large labor intensity, the repair technologies of injection pump combination valve were studied. The actual working conditions of the water injection pump and the material performance of the combination-valve were analyzed. The imported iron base powder which had better properties than matrix was selected as the coating material of sealing surface. Under the combination of different laser parameters, the wear resistance and corrosion resistance were compared, and then the laser power and scanning speed were determined finally, and then a set of the most adaptable laser cladding repair process was formed. The field test shows that, the service life of the repaired combination-valves with laser cladding technology is extended to over 0.6 times than that of the new products, and the production cost is saved by more than 38% compared with new products, which can provide technical supports for cost reduce and efficiency increasing of the oilfield injection water pump.
