摘要
自"高等教育内涵式发展"的概念在十八大首次提出后,十九大报告中再次指出"加快一流大学和一流学科建设,实现高等教育内涵式发展"。在内涵式发展思路指导下,高校的师资水平、教学方法、科研质量、人才培养、创新培育、社会服务等方面将得到全面且系统地优化,此趋势对高校就业指导工作提出更高的要求,而研究生职业价值观、职业规划能力、就业能力培养体系、就业过程管理等方面存在的短板亟待弥补,以此不断优化研究生就业指导体系。
Since the concept of "intensive development of higher education" was first proposed in the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party, the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party pointed out that "accelerating the development of first-class universities and first-rate disciplines and realizing the natural development of higher education" once again. Under the natural development approach, the level of teaching staff, teaching methods, research quality, talent training, innovation cultivation, and social services in colleges and universities will be fully and systematically optimized. This trend puts forward higher requirements for employment guidance in colleges and universities. The shortcomings in occupational values, career planning ability, employment ability training system, and employment process management are in urgent need of remedy to optimize the employment guidance system for graduate.
